History’s women, reborn as jackets.
A 2025 collection lookbook for OCALEA, a womenswear label whose six jackets are named after mythological and historical women.

01The collection
Six women, reborn.
OCALEA is a womenswear label whose 2025 jackets are named after women history once misunderstood: Cleopatra becomes Cleo, Medusa becomes Meda, Aphrodite becomes Aphra, Joan of Arc becomes Arca, Persephone becomes Persa and the Turkic she-wolf Asena becomes Asen. We designed the lookbook that tells their story.
Where femininity meets confidence, and elegance meets power.
OCALEA, A Story of Rebirth
02The system
One band of copper.
Each jacket gets a pair of pages: a large portrait with the name set in a tall serif and a copper panel carrying its story, then a grid of looks. A vertical band of translucent copper runs through the covers and frames, tying the brand’s warm browns to the photography.
03The first study
Starting with Aphra.
Before the full lookbook, we laid out a shorter study for the Aphra jacket alone, testing the copper band, the oversized name behind the model and a details spread. Those pages set the rules the full collection follows.
The result
A lookbook with a clear rhythm, one portrait and one grid per jacket, held together by a single copper band and the collection’s story of rebirth.
