A clear route through construction.
Brand strategy, identity, product language and a full rollout for Inchaa, a bilingual construction platform connecting project owners with contractors and consultants.

01The challenge
Construction is complex by nature. Navigating it does not have to be.
Inchaa exists because finding and appointing the right construction professionals is still fragmented. Owners rely on referrals, searches and personal contacts, explain the same needs again and again, and chase quotations across scattered channels. Credible contractors and consultants, on the other side, need a structured way to reach the right projects. The brand had to speak to both, in Arabic and English, without sounding like a homeowner app or an enterprise procurement suite.
Project owners
A real construction need, without having to become an insider before the next decision.
Professionals
Relevant, credible opportunities worth the time it takes to respond.
02Strategy first
Before a single line was drawn, we wrote the brand.
We started with the thinking: a brand spine, a messaging architecture and a bilingual writing system, each approved before design began. They fixed one core idea for everything that followed.
Make construction navigable.
Core idea
- 01
Orientation
Help every user understand where they are and what comes next.
- 02
Relevance
Fit over volume: the right professionals, not the longest list.
- 03
Progress
Every step should move the project forward.
- Strategy · 01
Brand Spine
Purpose, positioning, audiences and the single idea the brand is built on.
- Strategy · 02
Messaging Architecture
What we say to owners and to professionals, and the proof behind every claim.
- Strategy · 03
AR/EN Writing System
One voice written natively in Arabic and English, never translated.
03The mark
Rebar meeting at a node, pointing forward.
The symbol is built from crossing beams, the way steel meets inside concrete, and resolves into forward arrows: a clear route out of a complex structure. It holds up as a flat mark on a favicon and as a solid object in concrete and metal.
04The system
One kit, two languages, every touchpoint.
Inchaa Red against asphalt and concrete neutrals. IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Sans Arabic, set as equals so Arabic is never a translation of English. Two patterns, Rebar Lattice and Axis Field, drawn from the same geometry as the mark, and a set of 3D category icons for every user type on the platform.

05In motion
A brand that moves the way the platform does.
A set of 2D and 3D intros and looping scenes for launches, reels and product moments.
06The product
From first idea to handover, one clear route.
The identity runs through the product itself: website, owner app, notifications, social templates and paid ads, all speaking the same plain, specific language.
07At the desk
Every document carries the same calm authority.
Stationery, company profile, deck, proposals, minutes, contracts, invoices and reports, built as templates the team can use every day.
08On site
Where construction actually happens.
Hoardings, scaffold wraps, crane banners, flags, site boards, wayfinding, vehicles, uniforms and safety gear: the brand had to read from across a site in Dubai sun.
09The rulebook
Built to run without us.
