An idea, given a shape.
Arabic logo, pattern, call-for-applications poster and presentation visuals for Fikra, an entrepreneurship incubator for young people in Latakia.

01The mark
One word, built in blocks.
Fikra, Arabic for idea, is an entrepreneurship incubator run by the Shabab Latakia programme of the Syria Trust for Development. We set the word in heavy, squared Kufic-style blocks in orange and blue, and drew a pattern of linked open squares that frames everything else.
فكرة
The name: idea
02The call
An invitation to young founders.
The identity carried the programme’s call for applications and its presentation: a poster inviting young people with new ideas to apply, and a journey map for the activity timeline, with a rocket, a target and a paper plane.
